Does my Italian greyhound need clothing in winter, autumn, or spring?
Yes, during any cool season. Italian greyhounds and other sighthounds have almost no subcutaneous fat and a very thin coat, so they start feeling cold once temperatures drop below +15°C, and below +7°C clothing is no longer a comfort but a necessity. That's why it's relevant not only in winter, but also on cool autumn and spring days.
How do I choose the right clothing size for my Italian greyhound?

Materials & Care
What materials is Zikki clothing made from?
The exact material composition is listed on each product page. We use exclusively premium-quality materials tested on Italian greyhounds: every item is tested on dogs across our entire size range before going on sale.
How do I care for Zikki clothing?
Practicality and comfort matter to us, for both dogs and their owners, which is why our clothing is machine washable: use a delicate cycle, minimal spin, and a temperature no higher than 30°C.
Orders & Payment
I paid for my order but haven't received anything. What should I do?
After payment, you'll receive an email with a detailed invoice and tracking number. We may also email you with follow-up questions about your order, so please check your inbox regularly. If you haven't received an email, check your spam folder.
How long does shipping take, and are there any additional fees (import VAT/duties)?
Delivery times and costs depend on your country; see the Shipping & Payment section for details. For Switzerland and Ukraine, everything is already included in the price.
How do I arrange a return or exchange?
Our priority is that your Italian greyhound wears the most suitable and comfortable clothing, so we're always happy to work with you. For terms and the step-by-step process, see the Returns & Exchanges section.
I'm in Ukraine. How do I place an order?
Zikki pieces are designed and tested in Switzerland and made in Ukraine, so orders from Ukraine are handled separately through Instagram @zikki.ua.
Production
Is clothing in stock, or made to order?
We follow slow fashion principles and deliberately avoid producing large batches "just in case," to prevent overproduction. We keep small batches of our best-selling sizes in stock, though a given size can sell out quickly, and everything else is made individually to order. Shipping takes anywhere from 3 days (if in stock) to 14 days (if made to order).
Can I order a custom fit for an Italian greyhound puppy?
Yes, we're happy to make items to custom measurements for puppies, just email us or reach out on Instagram.
What about whippets and larger sighthounds?
Yes, though it depends on the item and your dog's measurements. Reach out to us and we'll go over the fit, details, and cost.
What about other breeds outside the sighthound group?
Our seamstress has experience sewing for a variety of breeds, so get in touch and we'll discuss the options, details, and cost.
Fit & Gear Compatibility
Can my dog wear a harness or leash with Zikki clothing?
Yes. Our high-collar knitwear has a built-in harness opening, and our outerwear comes with leash attachment rings.
Does Zikki clothing work for dogs with special needs (leg injuries, senior dogs, etc.)?
Our clothing is stretchy and adaptable, but every case is different. Get in touch and we'll advise whether the item you've chosen suits your dog's specific situation. If not, we'll find a solution and create an inclusive design on request.
