Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship worldwide, except to countries subject to applicable international sanctions or shipping restrictions. Orders from Ukraine are handled separately through Instagram @zikki.ua.
As a slow fashion brand, we produce our collections in small batches to avoid overproduction and ensure thoughtful, high-quality production.
Processing & Shipping
In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3 business days.
Pre-order / made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and take approximately 10 business days to prepare before dispatch.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will generally be shipped once all items are ready.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over:
- CHF 100 — Switzerland
- CHF 150 — Europe
- CHF 200 — Worldwide
The thresholds for Europe and Worldwide are approximate, as they may be converted into your local currency. The exact amount required to qualify for free shipping will be shown at checkout, including the remaining amount needed to reach the applicable threshold.
Taxes & Customs
For orders within Switzerland, applicable shipping costs are included once the free-shipping threshold is reached.
For orders delivered outside Switzerland, the price does not include any applicable VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges unless explicitly stated at checkout. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If an order is refused, not collected, or returned to us due to an incorrect address or other reasons attributable to the recipient, the refund may be reduced by any non-refundable shipping or return costs incurred by us. This also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping, as the original shipping cost paid by us may be deducted from the refund.
